1. Change at its basic face value
The overall process is denominated by the blanket term of change. It describes the phase in which we begin to think about the end-result of our journey; determining change objectives.
2. Change + momentum = Transition
To enable the organization to understand the change objectives, it is important to translate them into more tangible results. In the outer layer of the change wheel we focus on four aspects of organizational change to make a roadmap how to get from the current to the future state.
3. Transformation, the final phase of change
Having mapped the transitional phase, we can enter the inner circle of the wheel of change, where we develop interventions to create transformation in five areas.
